Public beta · effective 1 September 2026

Use RouteThai with an accountable operator.

These terms describe the current evaluation service. They do not create a paid service level or replace a scoped business agreement.

Who may use the service

You must use a verified account, keep access links and credentials private, and have authority to submit the operational data you upload. You are responsible for everyone who acts through links issued from your Workspace.

Human operating authority

RouteThai prepares planning candidates, constraint evidence, recovery options, and dispatch records. An authorized operator must review road access, safety, legal restrictions, vehicle suitability, recipient instructions, and current conditions before approving or executing a plan. Planning-assistant drafts are non-executable until a member explicitly applies and confirms them.

Beta availability and providers

The public beta is provided without an availability commitment. Public routing, geocoding, authentication, messaging, and hosting providers may be unavailable or return different results over time. RouteThai fails visibly when required evidence is unavailable and does not promise a globally optimal route or live-traffic authority.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, safety rules, privacy rights, provider terms, access controls, or another person's systems. Do not upload malware, probe other Workspaces, evade quotas, automate abusive traffic, or use route output as the sole authority for emergency response, hazardous operations, or other safety-critical decisions.

Anonymous Preview · file-inspection terms

You must have authority to submit the file and accept the displayed boundary before structural inspection. That step calls no geocoder or road provider, creates no plan, and grants no Workspace, dispatch, commercial, or outcome authority. Do not evade its challenge, size limits, quotas, or restrictions on formulas, macros, and unsafe file forms.

The road check is a separate option for a complete coordinate file and requires its own displayed, versioned provider consent; authority to submit the file cannot substitute for it. Only depot and stop coordinates are transferred, and incomplete provider evidence fails visibly. A signed Preview Receipt is single-use attribution only—not a plan, customer evidence, or Workspace authority—and the file must be resubmitted after sign-in.

Data and evidence

Your Workspace retains the source, rules, planning evidence, execution events, and optional proof needed for history and audit. Some evidence attached to a dispatch cannot be deleted independently because it records an operational decision. Coordinate sharing, link security, retention, and deletion behavior are described in the data and privacy notice.

Service protection and changes

RouteThai may limit or suspend access to protect users, provider quotas, data isolation, or service integrity. Beta features and limits may change, but existing durable evidence remains subject to its recorded schema and Workspace access controls. A dedicated business rollout requires a separate scoped agreement.
